4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule and terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
6. Confidentiality
The Business Architect maintains strict confidentiality of all client information and discussions. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by The Business Architect remain the intellectual property of The Business Architect. Clients may use provided materials for personal development purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Business Architect provides guidance and coaching services but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on client effort, commitment, and implementation. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
9. Professional Boundaries
The Business Architect's services are for professional development and coaching purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. For such matters, please consult qualified professionals.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with reasonable notice. The Business Architect reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if the professional relationship is no longer beneficial.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Business Architect operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Amendments
The Business Architect reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
